? middle ear problem: as otitis media (middle ear infection), it can affect your hearing. Middle ears are considered part of the sinuses by some ENT authorities, so sinus congestion can affect your middle ears too. Saline nasal washes can help till you see an ENT specialist, you may need more medications as antibiotics or a CT of your sinuses later on, best wishes
