Fish oil: I'm an advocate of omega 3 fish oil because of its valuable antioxidant,anti-inflammatory properties for heart and brain health to name some benefits . I don't usually recommend it to people until they reach age 40,but it's certainly ok for you to take it daily. Use a highly purified liquid preparation though.
