Cod Live Oil: Cod Liver Oil contains Omega 3. There is controversy in what is the best Omega 3 out there & whether cod liver oil is good or not. Most MDs have recommended Cod Liver Oil as a good source of Omega 3: see eyedoc2020@blogspot.com for more info on the controversy.
