Is Zoloft (sertraline) safe during pregnancy?

Maybe: Almost everything affects the fetus. We do not know if Zoloft (sertraline) does. However, whether to use it during pregnancy depends on weighing the risks of not using it against the benefits of using it. I always defer to the OB/GEN overseeing the pregnancy.
