Charcoal; Saccharomy: Take charcoal tabs or caps after any loose BM, or take Saccharomyces prophylactically or at the very beginning of symptoms. Obviously drink only bottled water, ice you KNOW has been filtered, and fruits/vegs that have been peeled first and optimally rinsed in clean water. Some people believe spraying silver nitrate on everything works, but it is of course a liquid you may not be able to carry.
