You need a Heart Che: Pain in the pit of stomach can be a sign of angina which is pain due to possible coronary artery disease.So you must get yourself checked by your physician who may do a stress test and check your cholesterol and BP and make sure your heart is healthy before you push yourself too hard, not knowing.

Abd pain w/ exercise: Abdominal pain with exercise may be due to exercise-related transient abdominal pain (etap), gerd, intesntial ischemia, angina equivalent & others conditions. Diaphragmatic ligamentous stress or ischemia is possible since it connects from the visceral pleura of the abdomen to the back.
