How do i remove keloid, i had a number of operations and i am left with this sight of the dark keloid skin in those arears?

Difficult: to remove keloids, ESPECIALLY by operation that can cause larger keloids. Also a bit unusual for keloids to be dark. Some success has been reported with Botox into the keloid and/or laser treatment. See a dermatologist about other possible diagnoses or this treatment, and don't let anyone operate. Good luck!
