No: You amy be able to shrink them with injections, but surgery is the only way to remove a keloid, and there is a significant recurrence rate.

Yes: Pressure therapy (primarily for earlobe keloids) and low dose radiation have been used with varying degrees of success. Steroid injections may help but are usually used in combination with operative treatment.
