Taking a multivitamin with 1 mg of boron in it. read it can act as estradiol. my mother had estrogen positive breast cancer so should i not take this?

Boron/estradiol: Boron as a dietary supplement can act to convert estradiol to the active form, 17-beta estradiol, so additional estrogens may affect conditions such as a direct family relative with E2 receptor positive breast cancer, and any other conditions where increased estrogen may cause accentuated estrogen effects adversely.
