Full history/exam: You need a full history and exam. Is your pain worse with activity? Risk factors for heart disease? You need a breath test to rule out an ulcer, and you need an EKG to evaluate your baseline heart health and a stress test. In terms of your BMs, need more information. Stabilize your diet and consider stool test for ova/parasites, etc. Any travel or camping? Labs in addition to full exam, imaging
