Poor eating habits: In your age acid reflux ( " heartburn") symptoms are mostly form bad eating habits. Make sure to eat your breakfast daily ( fresh fruit, protein - egg, yogurt, oatmeal ,.) avoid pastry, sweets and sodas, avoid processed food and fry food. Eat smaller portions of real food ( fish, chicken, veggies, nuts..) Drink water . See if this improves your digestive problem . If not - check with your doctor.
