See Primary Care : You should first see your primary care physician who can do a thorough history and physical exam, review these and make an assessment. Any two week headache warrants also some bloodwork. Thyroid disease often presents with a status migraine like this. If preliminary bloodwork is normal and the diagnosis is migraine followup with a neurologist may be necessary.
