Migraine?: If the headache throbs, it is likely a migraine which often responds to the triptan class of drugs. Perhaps it is time to consult a neurologist.

See Primary Care : You should first see your primary care physician who can do a thorough history and physical exam, review these and make an assessment. Any two week headache warrants also some bloodwork. Thyroid disease often presents with a status migraine like this. If preliminary bloodwork is normal and the diagnosis is migraine followup with a neurologist may be necessary.
