Need to be evaluated: If your headaches are persistent, you need to be fully evaluated, and you may need to see a neurologist specialized in headaches to look for a correctable or treatable cause for headaches, such as sinus disease, migraines, cluster headaches. Also, if the headaches are severe and suggest a serious cause, you may need to have an mri/mra, which are considerably more sensitive tests than a ct scan.
