Possibly None: It could be argued that a healthy 34 year old athlete does not really need any routine blood work. Standard tests include a cbc which will check your hemeglobin and white count; and what is known as a “comprehensive panel” that shows electrolytes, kidney function, and albumin. Fairly unlikely results will change management or give you any competitive edge; but would serve to screen for issues.
