Your choice: Many can reduce their BP through lifestyle changes. Reducing weight, reducing salt intake (any form). Beginning a regular exercise routine. These can help if BP range is borderline/elevated some. When it is high, simple daily medications like lisinopril or a combination of this plus hydrochlorothiazide will bring many into a normal range. Others may take more elaborate plans. Ignore it = problems
