Is it normal for heart rate to be low 80's when lay in bed and low to mid 100's when walking around house? 260lb 5'7" out of shape 38yr old female
21/M. Used to be active. Diagnosed w/ Panic Attacks. Takes anxiety medication. Heart rate seems strange. Ranges 70-100 when awake, then mid 40s when asleep. Brisk walk heart rate up to 160. Measurements taken via Apple Watch. Should i be worried?
I'm hypothyroid with a TSH of 0.01 and T4 in mid range , I have a slow heart rate , i suffer constipation , I do have anxiety am i over medicated?
