Many possibilities: Many possibilities it could be stress the neck, it could be migraine, if it’s not clear why it’s there I would see your physician to make a definite diagnosis

I am having daily headaches for about 3 weeks now, in particular coming on while eating or after, OR sometimes from a bit of eye strain from working on computer.
Why do I get frequent headaches? The pain starts from the sides then go to the center like the bridge of my nose. I have allergic rhinitis. My eyesight seems fine. Usually happens while I'm working. Is it because of the computer? Is this a migraine?
