What should i do if i have a headache, but still need to be on the computer working on projects?

If this is infrequen: If you are not overusing medications to treat a headache, you can use simple over the counter analgesics in this setting, but not every day. Taking a break for a couple minutes of stretching and deep breathing, and being certain you are well hydrated can also help. Pt's can help with simple exercises that might help as well, related to neck or relief of eye strain.
