Cubital Tunnel Syndr: Hello, your son sounds like he has Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, which is a compression of a nerve that runs on the inside of the elbow. When certain individuals stretch their elbow (i.e hand and elbow positioning during cell phone or video game control use), the nerve that supplies sensation to the ring and pinky finger gets compressed and thus lead to a tingling/numbness sensation.
