Tingling in pinky finger and ring finger waking up with numb fingers in the night , pain up my arm & tingling comes and goes in my right leg is this ms? does ms symptoms come intermittently?

It is not feasible to provide exact diagnosis herein, but your arm numbness may well be a pinched nerve at elbow. Should check neck for potential cervical stenosis. Your complaints would not likely point to MS, but if concerned, could see a local neurologist.
