Lump: The lump obviously is there, so now your doctor has to decide how to proceed. Watch it, biopsy it or do nothing. An irregular lump on the right under the rib cage. is it deep or superficial, on the abdomen? Since it does not show up on a CT ? scan, I would guess that it fibrous tissue, and of no concern. More information is needed
