Can a fall to the knee, on concrete, cause dvt? there's redness & minor swelling since the fall, two days ago. i'm able to walk and do light execises

Unlikely: DVTs are generally caused by hypercoagulation and stasis, and unless you are predisposed I highly doubt a fall is going to cause this.
