I have a mole on my left ear it isnt dark but it seems to be swollen and it hurts it feels like a pimple but im wondering is it melanoma?

See a doctor: There are some things that can not be answered online like this and this is one of them. Melanomas usually don't hurt but neither should moles. Please see a doctor to take a look and diagnose you properly. While a dermatologist might be ideal, a family doc, internist or someone at an urgent care center should be adequate.
