Still could be a UTI: Pain in your bladder, or "suprapubic pain" or pressure can be an indication of a cystitis-a bladder infection- even without dysuria (painful urination). Please see a doctor to get your urine tested. There are other things that can cause this complaint as well, but the first thing to rule out would be a bladder or urinary tract infection from a urinary pathogen or a STD.
