Pregnant/leg pain: Pregnant with leg pain. Swelling? Occasionally pregnancy will result in pressure on the internal pelvic veins, and restrict flow of venous blood from the legs resulting in pooling of blood. There may also be compression of nerves in the pelvis. See your doc-
