My partner is suffering from spasms in her colon, causing back pain and shoulder pain. can feel the spasms. she is taking librax, buscopon. no fever. started on wednesday, she is still in pain. what can i do?

See a Dr: Based on your description, I would recommend taking her to see a Dr. It could be a gallstone or even a kidney stone, and I do not recommend taking medications without first getting a diagnosis/knowing what you are treating. Spasms/pain in the abdomen is not always a problem with the colon, however a bowel obstruction CAN cause these symptoms and it can be dangerous, so please see a Dr soon.
