Not necessarily: Although an association may exist between an earlobe crease and Coronary Artery Disease (CAD): Frank's Sign...this is not diagnostic. Unless you have diabetes or a strong family history, unlikely to have significant CAD at your age. I would recommend a visit with your primary doctor to discuss and consider potential bloodwork.
