Head bump: Your phone MAY be too light to give a concussion but better to be safe than sorry. Please see you doctor, especially if you have any symptoms at all such as headache, memory issues, fatigue, etc. Peace and good health.

Doubt it : Why would dropping anything weighing half a pound on your head cause a concussion on anyone other than an infant? If you passed out after the event, had memory loss or other related symptom you could maybe get someone to accept that idea,otherwise the most you can expect is a little pain or a headache.
