Hi, what does it mean some prominence of what is called the central canal in the cervical spine and mild wear and tear changes? no evidence of chiari.

No evidence: Of chiari means that there is no chiari malformation. Otherwise, “some prominence” and “mild wear and tear” are very nonspecific and don’t mean much of anything.
