Pain into tip of penis and tickly like pain at times. now seen 2 urologists. seem to think nerve issue. negative stis except can't test for hpv. negative urine tests. clear cytoscopy. should we look into hpv or urethritis with no inflammation?

See below: If two urologists did not find any physical cause for the sensation, you may wish to just watch and wait. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. If you develop a nodule at the tip, it bleeds or a discharge comes, you get fever or lose weight, see your doctor.
