On a blood test of lambda light chains what does a measurement of 81l lambda mean?

Context needed: No lab result can be interpreted out of context that will include symptoms, physical exam and other tests that were done in conjunction with above. Light chains measurement are specialized to only few possible diseases and only few medical specialists would order them. Best would be to ask the doc who ordered the test for a followup so that you can have a meaningful answer and plan going forward.
