Not likely: appendicitis or ulcer, but other things and since it is worsening after 3 weeks you need to be examined. Good luck!

I have been experiencing this condition for some months now. Abdominal fullness, bloating, burping, cramp and diarrhea. And comes mostly early morning at times with a feeling of nausea and vomiting. Really very irritable. Could it be IBS or gas?
