A member asked:

My daughter has ringworms - how do i treat them?

If the label is correct a simple over the counter anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole applied 2x daily would help. There are skin conditions that mimic ring worm that do not respond to antifungals. Your doc could sort them out.

ringworm is actually a topical fugal infection. The treatment for ringworm is a topical anti fungal cream such as lotrimin, nizoral or nystatin. Topical fungal infections are contracted from a house pet or environmental.
