Not sure BUT...: Glad you are increasing your food intake. 99% of our magnesium is within our cells so it has to be really low to have such a low serum level. Magnesium oxide is a TERRIBLE choice- it is only about 4% absorbed. Much better options are magnesium glycinate, chloride and (my favorite) taurate.
