Will prednisone help my distal bicep tendonitis? i am an avid weightlifter and the right inner crease of my arm has been feeling like a dull ache.

My advice: would be to avoid prednisone or any ORAL corticosteroid. An injection may be useful . Discuss with an Orthopedic or Sports Medicine physician. Hope this is helpful Healthy New Year! Dr Z
