Dr. John Shim answered

Should be ok.: Tendinitis that flares on and off is typical. What is of more concern is a pain that progressively worsens over time, without any periods of improvement. If you are worsening, without explanation, and do not improve with some mild medications, you may need further evaluations to determine if it is a more serious problem. Please discuss with your gp. A general check up yearly is always good.

Let me explain: I do not know if tendonitis diagnosis will explain most of your symptoms, tendonitis dose not cause under the arm and under the rib cage for six month? Seek a second opinion. Good luck.
