My 1 month old baby has cough and fever and by the way he breathes i can hear that he has a phlegm. i need an answer asap which medicine should i buy.

Fever ?: Any 1mo with a fever over 100.4 should be evaluated by a physician as soon as possible. NOW!!!! The possibility that they picked up germs during labor/delivery makes it mandatory to be seen. The issue could be life threatening.
