A member asked:

Just wondering if i have mono, im just tired, sleepy, groggy all the time in life. ?

Wouldn't think so: Half the population gets mono in childhood where it is usually mild & often ignored as a simple virus. The second common group is young adults where it is often a 3 week illness. If you are groggy all the time at 40, you likely have sleep apnea or other medical issue that can be defined/treated if you seek an evaluation. A sleep study would be a good investment if other issues are negative.
