Okay to take more: Most people do not get enough vitamin D. You may safely take 2000 units of vitamin D3/daily.

Vitamin D: Processed foods like breakfast cereal are not especially good nutrition and likely have little D in them. Please see your doctor to get your D leavel checked. Experts suggest betweeen 50 and 80 to be optimal. Peace and good health.
