9 yo healthy child almost fainted after waking up and going to the bathroom dark vision, pale and cold. same thing was few mos ago is this common?

It hapens: But when it does I want to see the kid in the office for an evaluation and some tests. It could be simple fainting or it could be a heart rhythm issue. There are other possibilities to (some faint if they pee), but it needs to be sorted out.
