Hi there, hope you're well. since last night i've been running to the bathroom like crazy. my stomach keeps flushing and i feel very weak and look pale. don't know if it's something i ate or a stomach bug but the cramps are terrible?

Running to bathroom: If you r running to poop then most likely a gi virus. To pee then a UTI Discuss with your team there as they will know what is going around in your part of the woods.
