Nothing : harmful ...it will turn your stools black ...and it's Pepto Bismol NOT "dismal"....and your DAILY nausea and fullness should be evaluated! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

Temporary : You should not take Pepto for more than a week, if the symptoms persist, you should see a doctor.
