ACL Surgery: Swelling, pain within the knee, locking within the knee, lack of motion, pivoting. ACL reconstruction surgery does not repair the damaged ligament, it creates a new ligament. With rehabilitation after surgery, most athletes can get back to their sport. An ACL can be re-torn after surgery. Some of these issues are related to the surgery, some related to the recovery. Have it checked out by doc-

Varies: There are multiple potential causes. Sometimes there can some degree of scar tissue from the injury and surgery that can break apart as the knee is taken through range of motion after surgery; it is rare, but possible, that an act graft can be torn pistoperatively; if the ace surgery is not properly done, the knee might still be unstable after surgery causing symptoms. Discuss with your surgeon.
