My 6 year old girl has frequent bowel movements more than 6 times a day. normal stool. but complains tummy hurts before bowel movement.

Needs evaluation: This can often be from a specific food intolerance and or a condition called celiac disease where they react to wheat gluten. There are other issues too. None can be assessed without a history/exam/testing.
