My gfr is 56 at what number do they start dialysis?

GFR : A GFR of 56 is abnormal but far from being a source of worry.Dialysis become a step to consider once the GFR goes down to 15,which usually needs many years to face ,if any,specially when there is particularly no diabetes or hypertension.
