See a doctor!: It is impossible to say for sure without having a doctor examine you as there are many possible causes of this. Odds are good it is a benign nodule such as a lipoma or epidermoid cyst and may not need any treatment, though it is bothers you it can be removed surgically. But it is reasonable to see a Dr. for proper diagnosis.
