Pleuresy ? : Musculoskleatal pain? Anxiety? If you had asthma you would be aware of the cause of your symptoms. Pulmonary embolism also appears to be unlikely because of your age and history. No symptoms of lower resp. tract infections like pneumonia. So, see your doctor get a physical and may be a chest x-ray and you go from there.
