A member asked:

Dentists recommend not to brush right after having something acidic. does this include milk(has a ph of 6.5-6.7) or is the ph high enough to be safe?

Acid erosion: Generally speaking, juices, sodas and other liquids below a pH level of 4% are considered highly erosive to teeth. I would not worry about brushing right after having liquids at the higher pH levels such as milk.
