It happens!: Discomfort due to growing fetus is very normal and to be expected. You should do a trial of a pregnancy belt and try using pillows to support your abdomen and upper leg while sleeping. Try stretching exercises for your back, hips and legs. You may get a massage and take warm soaks in the tub. Of course, this is all AFTER you have seen your doctor for prenatal care and know that all is well.
