A member asked:

How high should your heart rate be during and right after a simple shower? mine frequently gets up to 125 to 150.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tachycardia: Variations in heart rate are expected especially with strenuous activity. A typical resting heart rate for a healthy 24 year old is 60-90 beats per minute. Minimal activity (i.e. shower) is not expected to raise your heart rate by more 20 beats per minute, In most cases it would not increase heart rate by more than 10 bpm. I suggest an EKG and cardiac monitoring promptly.
